Some are having problems with their brokers displaying correct L2 prints.  Is this further manipulation on the brokers part now and regardless of who controls the L2 charts?  Maybe it has to do with the hurricane damage?  I know this sounds like some ludicrous conspiracy theory but are the brokers manipulating their MM L2 GUIs or similar to prevent buying?  TECO is on the brink of success and will start to show historical quarter over quarter financial imrprovements.  I have this feeling that  these hedgefunds,  MM's and brokers are in more trouble with TECO than ever before.  Compared to any other shorted microcap stock they seem to be working every manipulation angle known to the trade in order to curve their losses or indictments.  Just throwing the idea out there.
