The pps may be back to where we started before the Copenhagen Conference, down below .13 cents! The communication regarding LymPro all along has been unclear. I now wonder if it has been unclear by design? I can understand and appreciate that Gerald is involved in massive negotiations with our potential LymPro partner....and so maybe that is why he is delaying the release of the most pertinent data for 2 more weeks.
But, the data that was released in Copenhagen is so NOT the main course of the LymPro meal that everyone is left bewildered by it!! It's like we got served salad and a roll with butter, which was excellent, by the way. But then the waiter comes in and says the main course of Prime Rib will be delayed for another two weeks!!
I feel tricked and disappointed. If his strategy works and he gets a Big Pharma to pay us 100 million in August because of this tricky double reverse pass to a lineman for a touchdown play....then I'll be cheering with the best of AMBS' fans!! But right now...I am left feeling Gerald again has built up expectations....only to not deliver and basically... disappoint!
Again, I'm sure things will look much better in August, but July had been so built up by Gerald that I feel we all should have gotten more substance out of Copenhagen. I'm mystified, but I also know Gerald is playing hardball with the Big Pharma boys and I am just an old guy waiting for his stock to go up. I get it, I just hope this pattern of Gerald's not quite doing what he implies he will do and then at the last moment changes course, will change in August, or Gerald will use up a lot of good will and credibility.
