They've gone after Jeff Reid for dropping the company to take care of his cancer.  They've twisted and lied about everything possible including Jeff has left town, the Attorneys quit, the company is just  a shell, they aren't manufacturing themselves, they've lost their lease, the business is closed etc, etc, etc.

Just today Bearcrap misrepresented the charges agains KMAG by using the top line of the SEC's PR from Sept. 17th.  The top line listed all the allegations against all 17 companies.  He twisted it to appear that all chargeds were levied against KMAG instead of just the "suspicous PR" portion.

I wouldn't get too sentimental, its just a more subtle form of bashing.  These bashers are not remotely interested in the truth.
