Microcap market caps and PPS's.  I get a kick how some bashers will use market caps vs PPS to try and justify a lack of company performance and attempt to cause doubt, etc.  Meanwhile it's ok for the MM's to flucuate the PPS +/-10% within hours without any justification whatsoever.  The only rhyme or reason for this PPS is what the hedgefunds and brokers and heavy shorting money want the PPS to be today.  All they need is convincing to go long through fundamentals and financials.  I swear if I was worth $10mm;  I would put a buy order in at the ask for 28.5mm shares of TECO just for entertainment purposes.
