For what it is worth, I feel these next few months will be important.  During the conference call Matt mentioned several things that should be happening over the next few months (the timeframe for everything is always TBD based on the progress of the business plan).

First, the financing capital should be raised (hopefully through the non-convertible preferred shares) within the next few weeks or months.  

Second, once the company has this additional capital they should be able to purchase an appropriate Brokerage Firm to fit their needs.  

Third, financials should be released sometime this month, although I am not expected too much in the way of revenue, but we should get a better idea of the debt arrangements with all the companies BCAP is helping.  I believe he also said that 2 years worth of financials would be audited. 

Fourth, after tax season Matt mentioned that audited financials should be available so they could uplist (I would think this would get done by the end of June at the latest, but one never knows).  Although, during the conference call he made it seem like a simple paperwork submission and a few weeks of waiting. 

Fifth, I would expect to see a TA client in RIGH after they go through their name and ticker change (not sure of this timeframe).  The TA service will benefit from the available Brokerage services.

These are the top five things I will be looking for over the next several months.  If Matt can get the first two things done, I would be a happy camper.  I hope Matt is the type that gets motivated to succeed by all those that say he won't.  It will be sweet to see him succeed with his business plan.  Success will drive the PPS north.  Hopefully we see a positive week, this week, in the markets.
