Put $PULS on your radar.  It hit $0.63 this morning.  It has bounced off the 52-week low nicely and is rising with the upcoming earnings next week.  I believe bad earnings is already priced in this stock, so anything positive from the company could signal an uptrend.  My near-term price target is $0.80.
