This IMO is a good thing... I've always wondered about the many facets of starting up a new business - hiring of growers, testers, planners, accounting, distribution, security, etc. This will take a substantial amount of energy and time.. We should begin to look in the local papers for employee ads.

I think this is about to ramp up big time!!!
