Bordynuik blowing through more than $60,000,000.00, while wiping out investors but ending up a millionaire himself, likely contributed.
John Bordynuik getting nailed for fraud by the SEC had something to do with it.
Bordynuik's lies about already producing $10/bbl oil for years, with all of JBI's dismal SEC financial filings exposing his lies, surely didn't help.
Heddle being involved in the fraudulent "definitive" JV for P2O ships, whose sole purpose was to fool investors, probably added to the pain.
The other 18 fraudulent PR's about JV's that all vanished into thin air probably hurt a bit.
Bordynuik's admissions in the OSC settlement to committing securities crimes and lying to investors over a four-year stretch came later, but that can't be helping now.
Taken together, it makes it look like Bordynuik and Heddle are stock fraudsters, with the purpose of JBI being to transfer money from investors into Bordynuik's personal bank accounts.
