Take a look at FMAR folks. This bank moved up nicely on positive news yesterday and should continue to do so as more investors get back on line. At .70 pps this stock is on sale but I don't think the sale is going to last much longer. $1.50 is on the horizon and the pps could easily top $2.00 by Christmas.
