I wonder if these lawsuits have our hands tied as far as shipping some ore?  My goodness..  The spot price is up another buck today..  Let's get a load out the door if we can, or at least give some guidance as to why we cant ship, or aren't. They keep forgetting we own a baby piece of this company too.. Put a couple sentences on the website as to what is going on..  No reason to leave us sitting in the dark month after month.. Bob is sitting in SEC boot camp and probably has more info to work with, than shareholders do right now..

 I guess that six hours of sleep I got last night wasn't enough either.. I'm still crabby!!  GRRRRRRR!!!!
