Unfortunately with an SEC suspension their reputation is forever tarnished. No institution or serious investor will ever touch this when they do DD on it. It really is a shame. I may buy shares in the new company if that ever works out. But this is dead as a doornail. Best to move on guys and forget about this. Lot's more opportunities to make money out there besides stupid penny stocks.
