The only people that know where the target TA is located are the principals and their lawyers. If the target TA or their legal people are located in NY / NJ, then its probably safe to assume there's going to be some disruption to timelines. If they're located in an unaffected State, then its probably an issue of last minute bargaining.
The only important consideration is that Matt achieves a good deal for his shareholders.
Artificial deadlines (PR at the end of the month) shouldn't ever be the concern. If we get a good or bad deal, that will be remembered for a long time. The day the PR was released and the trading price on that day won't be remembered.
The capital outlay for the acquisition is primarily, if not wholly, going to be in shares in the virgin shell. As long as that capital isn't blown stupidly all BCAP's shareholders are in good shape. A lower ticker price presents a better buying opportunity IMO.
