Derek started a business while employed, and reached a professional agreement to part ways. This is very normal in corporate America. The reasons are not important, they are between company and employee, subject to non-disclosure agreements, and will not impact Derek's ability to perform as CEO of Terra Tech. We will continue to see proof of Derek's capabilities with each new Quarterly Report.
Derek values Cannabis and has the skills we need to bring the product to market when the Feds give their blessing.
Derek is married to Amy. I am glad they found each other.
Amy's mistake was corrected. It had nothing to do with the sector downturn. The SEC is aware of her mistake. This is water under the bridge. TRTC Board of Directors determine who runs the business, not a serial basher.
