Summary: This is pretty clear cut now. ADXS has the ability to raise the funds to get through their current trials to a point where their stated corporate goal is to sell constructs when they are completed in PII trials. They are not flush with cash which will continue to hold the share price down from its full potential, but they are now able to reach the point of POC without question.
