On your point of having a BOD to "set management straight in protecting the company interests and its shareholders", I believe the current management has done a remarkable job under the circumstances of doing just that by reforming the business plan to sidestep the problems created by the production approach and prior management. I do agree that it will be valuable to have a knowledgeable board to provide additional direction and support. Most agree, I believe, that our share price will remain stagnant until sales occur.
