my expectation is that mgmt would 8k the name of the co. first
hinted at 2 weeks ago in the News Release

most likely to offset the Q filed .. because that is what i'd do ..

offset a presumed negative .. with a positive

then get housekeeping out of the way (name/ticker/cusip)

then file the 2nd Q

then announce first asset sale

then seat BoD ..

suspect even the most dim bulbs can figure out what comes after that
