I agree that the .40-.50 thing may not be what GC is anticipating regarding an uplist..hopefully he is accurate in that assumption. I think he'd be more of a "let's wait and see if we need an RS", although I don't think he has totally written off an RS (from his verbage)..
If he was thinking .40, .50, or even 1.00..I think he could confidently say "When we have our RS in order to uplist..". This may not be a popular viewpoint, and perhaps why he does not make that definite statement..
In the meantime, I hope and pray that he DOES know that no RS will be necessary, and that 2.00 will be a cake walk, prior to uplisting.
While I'm at it, I can't touch my ROTH for another 7 years, and I'd like the SP to be about $50.00 at that time.(or more, forward splits are fine as well!! )
