Apparently the prospective buyers from December walked and now seven months later Heddle needs help convincing anybody else.
And it appears by the wording of the lastest 'business update' JBI is turning over a lions share of any sale conditions over to some mysterious engineering firm.
Which of course would mean they would be turning over a lions share of any possible profit also.
It sounds like Heddle basically had to sell the farm in any possible profits to get anybody on board to make up for his failure to get it done himself.
