Thanks for the detailed reply Jaime and I agree with your points. I am still 100% in KMAG and fully believe in Jeff and the company. My only point is that it is much more difficult to suspend a company for "questions arising" when all of the statements and filings are audited. In that instance, the SEC would then also be calling the auditor into question. I am not saying Jeff did anything wrong, just that being a non-reporting company left the door open for something like this to be orchestrated.
