We working through the 10K and the audit as well as bringing out quarterly filings from January 2010 to Q3, 2012 up to date. This is a huge task. We are doing a major cleanup of this company.

 

So, the 10K will get filed with the SEC. I am through picking dates or date ranges for the filing. It could happen at any time.

Hoping you get a chance to respond.  My group has been significant shareholders for nearly a year now.  We hold slightly over 28MM shares currently.  Any update you can provide will be greatly appreciated.  I am discussing adding individuals to my group but will not proceed until we have some clear indication relative to reporting status, etc.
