$TECO advances position on chart

There is some funny business going on to hold the stock down but nonetheless TECO continues to advance position and that's what counts.

1. L2 is showing bid higher than lowest ask - ETRF at 3.6 cents bid on NITE 3.5 cents ask. What is going on here?

2. Raid into 3.5 cents, short sellers dried to take out 3.5 cents but couldn't do it. I guess they used up their allotment of short selling for the day.

3. Nonetheless look at the daily chart right at lunch hour at 3.6 cents with next price target at the 50 DMA. A close up here is still a sign of strength because would be the 5th day in a row we have a higher close, with 4 consecutive higher closes above the 20 DMA.
