It is Meows opinion that they will not buy shares off the float. Not sure if they ever have in the past. Shares will be bought back from restricted shares, like the 40mm they gave Foxconn in collateral and such. Still a good thing overall for shareholder sentiment. But not as immediately effective for PPS like buying from the public float/open market. But that is just Meows thought in my furry little head.
