Hipple as an officer, i.e., Secretary of IEquity Corp., which firm is the presumptive controlling shareholder of AEGY and SKTO, would certainly not amuse the SEC. In that light, they could move to revoke AEGY and call for a criminal investigation into both tickers. Hipple is barred from O&D until March 11, 2015 unless there is further action against him. As we all know, hope is not an investment strategy.
