I think since regs are somewhat loose for pink sheet stocks; the good ones are just getting caught in the net and dragged in. that isn't to say that both good and bad co. aren't reporting properly. Just the intention behind them is different. So if the good are a bit sloppy, and sec catches this then what are you gonna do. I don't believe this is at all the case with Kmag.
