honestly, I know Matt is going to be less selective now and will likely get an affordable brokerage that isattainable from the preferred shares private placement. As far as the S-1 filing, the preferred will be in that filing and his plan is to uplist to OTCBB by mid June or so. I believe all is achievable without touching the AS.
