Question on the "gift" distribution.
Where does the $4 million dollars PVEC needs to honor them come from?
If you were lending money to Peter would you also want to give him additional money to honor past debts?
Given this CEO past history of not paying debts and what I can only imagine is a horrible credit record would you loan it any more money?
Why should we believe anyone else would.
