Your strong hands arent dumping, because the stock is stagnant until the news hits the wire. Its not going to drop to the .043 range you're looking for. Its way to risky to flip at .049, so the traders wont sell into a trap, and buyers wont finance their flilpping.

Thats how it appears to me. .048-.052 seems to be the channel.
