Just speculation and my 2 cents...(which ironically a few of my shares were purchased for

My thoughts are that GC has been improving the balance sheet and negotiating with their "preferred" partner for Lympro for quite some time. The data is very good and GC is asking for a "very sizable" payday of them to take on that role....one that is hefty and maybe even at an inflated premium....
But it would allow that organization to skip any bidding contest that could ensue pushing the price even higher once data has been released.

If any of this close to the situation, that "preferred" partner has about 72 hours to meet the request or possibly miss the boat...
