DO NOT borrow at those rates for any stock! I will apologize to you when this stock hits, and you have millions less, but that is a dangerous plan.
I have a good friend who got rich on the BRE-X gold fiasco, he bought a house, and otherwise leveraged himself out the a**. Needless to say he got wiped out and was so far in debt that it affects him today. Moral of the story: $3 million rich is way better than $450,000 in debt (he tried to make it $25 million).
