Reason's I believe this is not a scam, let me count the ways!
1) Debt paid down
2) Company working to get Certs Distributed the right way
3) They just hired a new accounting/audit firm
4) A Certified NYC SEC Attorney is working on financing and news distribution.
5) NOT HALTED on trading
6) Current with OTC Filings
7) Kerry TOLD US SO!!!!!!!!
I guess I could go on and on but its to nice a day to stay inside when the beach is in the back yard.
