As silly as this first sounded to me, I am going to look at this in a positive way.

They seem to be positioning themselves to make announcements that will reach audiences via many social outlets. Facebook, Twitter, blogging and Pinterest as well as the standard PR news stories. Once news is ready, it will hit the most people possible. I got to think, if your intent is to scam people would you really put yourself out that far into the public eye? I hope this is the direction anyhow. Now let's see that news come out and blow some socks off!!! WooHoo!!!!
