Yeah I agree, your post was solid. When he runs out of crap to spew he just doesn't reply lol. There is no chance we are the ones involved with the DA and I honestly don't think it is a stretch to imagine that there wasn't enough transparency with the going ons of the share structure and the 3rd party crap. Doesn't mean Jeff did anything wrong, doesn't mean it was wrong of the SEC, just the danger of being a non-reporting company, way less leeway.
