I further believe that the next MAJOR tick upwards - like + a penny or so - will come with the next PR declaring the plane completely ready for service (passed all C-checks, found to be compliant, etc.).

The funniest thing is that the condition of the plane is certainly not the most difficult part of the certification, but rather it is what the investor's can see and feel and touch - almost as if the plane is a symbol of Baltia's success.

At any rate, it is my gut feeling that positive news about the plane is going to add the most to investor's confidence this month - and possibly shoot the pps up into the .05s............
