Not a bad idea if the company were not under the dark cloud of SEC litigation, as all tickers 'suspended with questions' are. In this case, putting up a billboard sign would be like asking regulators to revoke AEGY not to mention motivating law enforcement authorities to investigate the firm and its principals sooner. In that sense, maybe the idea does have merit. In any event, without a ticker symbol, trading AEGY would pose a problem.
