I use etrade for MRIB. They are very expensive: $9.99 but im actually on the preferred $7.99 rate since I traded over 150 times this qtr.
Don't use optionshouse either. They charge extra .005 a share!
I use fidelity for other MRIB whihc is cheaper at 7.99 but you can't instantly buy when doing an online deposit. The funds have to settle first. ETrade will let you have it right away.
