Yes, more money per share but the same amount overall. The insiders would like a larger DIVI payout themselves I can imagine so sounds good. But, they may very likely not give too much of a rat's azz about their dividend payment this quarter because it will be peanuts compared to $$$ to come in the future. Having said that, I would think it makes sense to buyback first.
