Pre-Market overall in the stock markets looking horrific, so could be a bad stock day all around. Could just be the markets freaking investors if we drop, possibly a good buying day. But until that license is shown to be 100% in place, I still say we will flirt with the high 0.02s to low 0.03s at some point, Betting it will happen and waiting for that to buy.
