In September the Issuer acquired Baron Capital Transfer and Registrar, LLC
through its wholly owned subsidiary Baron Capital Holdings, LLC. The acquisition combined together with a new business model and website www.baroncapitalenterprise.com will help mold the Issuer for the future.
