According to Orvie the plane was to be completed on the 7th but they needed a couple parts so its delayed for a short time. He said "not a long time". I expect the next PR to be about the plane then the pilots finishing there after. Plane PR hopefully is within a week or two. For the show, they did already PR that It would be fluff if they PR'd it again. Seems like HQ only PR's when they are allowed to and when it is 100% needed.
