yes certification is the prize, but a company thrives on selling its product to a public mass....so even if they're certified, if nobody knows about it, the stock won't be at .10 or .20. It'll be at a penny.
People generally hate investing in airlines. It's taboo. So Baltia not only has that going against it, but it also has people pointing to an incorporation date of 1989. And 4.5B shares. And incredible unpredictability in both operations and share price.
So, how does a company like that^ get to multi-billion-dollar status? Huge publicity. HUGE publicity. An airshow is a great start, but once they're ready to fly, they have to spend millions to promote their product.
