What HQ and shareholders have gone off of is what the FAA has done historically - just like anything else, it doesn't necessarily mean that they will do it this time, but we have to take into consideration the following:

- Was the gentleman that you spoke with on the Certification Project Team (CPT)? If so, did he have any other information to share? If he's not, he may not be too familiar with the certification process. Just a thought, I'm not sure as it was your conversation.

- When the time comes, if Baltia can reference previous airlines that have been authorized to sell tickets prior to certification, they can make a good case as to why they need to do that once they have a date from the Russians on when their certificate will be processed.
