At a rate of 15M shares per day, LT would be able to sell his shit in just 20 days. TWENTY days.
So, now I ask....what exactly are you worried about? A little bit of simple math shows that LT doesn't have to worry about hurting the stock. Even if he sells 2M shares per day, in 5 months he has unloaded his holdings.
So again: why are you worried?
