Here is a good analogy of what just happened to us. Imagine purchasing a perfectly good house for 100,000 dollars. Then, the government publically declares to the world that it's plagued, haunted, infested with rats, etc. and only worth 10,000 dollars. They even say, "You yourself must sell it; because within two weeks, we will allow an unruly mob to burn it to the ground. Then, it will only be worth about 1,000 dollars." At that point, what do you do?
