Yeah the options are limited. Either merge, sell assets, or go private. While AEGYs products are reproducable, I'm assuming whatever dormant shell they are eyeing has no assets to invest in the creation of their own versions... so IMO the shortest path to a heartbeat would be to acquire AEGY via merger. Hipple needs shares to sell IMO. The private company thing... probably not of interest.
