Here's something else you might want to think about before babbling about class action lawsuits. Class action lawsuits started flying within days of PHOT's suspension. Attorneys were issuing press releases right and left about the fact that they intended to file such lawsuits. Yet here we are over a month after our suspension and ..... chirp chirp .... the only people talking about a class action lawsuit against our companies are the non-lawyers on here and iHub. Kinda makes you go hmmmmm doesn't it?
