8 Billion is just BCAPs claim and Angel allows for just a flat $214,484 in the last filing- see "Disputed Obligation amount" in last filing-

i dont think either one wants to air there dirty laundry in court or they would have done it already so id expect some sort of negotiation in hte middle.
it DOES make me wonder about all that share dumping yestrday though- there were about 735MM shares sold and only abot 222MM shares bougt and the share price didnt change and today it looks like the dumping has stopped and the volume has dried up suddenly suspiciosly.
most of todays trades were between .0005 and .0006.
the supposed news release yesterday realyy didnt have any news in it in my opinon.
