i read up on this and thats not "$210K(800m)" im not even sure what that means.
Dwyer/BCAP is saying he is owed 800,000 PREFERED SHARES that convert at 10000 to 1 into 8 BILLION common shares of RIGH.
in the fins there is a little over $200k put aside as possibaly going to Dwyer and BCAP but BCAP says they are entitled to the whole 8 billion shares.
i dont know whose right here but those are the correct numbers i dont know what "he expects to get paid $210K(800m)" is supposed to mean.
