There are very, very few brokers that'll let you deposit Baltia PP. Etrade told me they'll never accept Baltia PP, regardless of the price. TD Ameritrade said that they'll consider it if the price moves significantly higher (perhaps around .10+). I'd call HQ and ask if there's anyone who can answer a PP question. I know that some have been able to deposit their certificates, but I don't know what brokers.
