Highflier hasn't posted to any board since mid June. And he hasn't posted too much at that. I wouldn't read into their absence. There just isn't that much to say. We're waiting on news regarding the distribution and marketing firm from Canada.

Ask yourself this question - why go through all the hassle, the machinations, the work to gain CE Mark certification for Europe and the right to sell in Canada if this is a scam, a dead company, going nowhere?
