Obviously you didn't listen to Bill's speech. He stated they're partnering with HC in order to standardize the program and process. NO WE DO NOT NEED TO PUT PRESSURE ON SOMETHING THAT TAKES TIME TO BUILD. Can't believe some people are too blind to see this.
